Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Edtech (Education Technology) company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources, fostering a positive work environment, and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Administer employee relations, including resolving issues, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliances and handle all HR-related documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the BPO or Edtech industry, with a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges in these sectors would be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) and other HR-related software.
