• 2+ Years of Experience in Business Loan
• The candidate must possess good understanding of Business loan Products.
• Good Communication and interpersonal Skills

Job Role Specifics

• Monitor and track monthly sales and achieve the business targets for disbursements of Business Loan.
• Responsible for revenue generation through Processing Fee Collection, Insurance Cross Sell.
• Drive day to day business through various activities and manage all promotional activity.
• Manage yield and fee target through product mix.
• To develop relations with DSA's & Customers to achieve referral customers.
• Ensure that maximum business references are converted into successful business opportunities.
• Keep up to date with products and competitors.
