 Experience: 2 + years
 Job Location : Andheri (W) (Veera Desai Road)
Roles & Responsibilities :
 Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
 Provide accurate information about our debt management services.
 Assist clients in understanding the debt management process and available options.
 Work with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for enrollment in debt management process.
 Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively
 Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
 Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
 Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies when interacting with clients.
Candidate requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
 Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Strong empathy and ability to remain calm and supportive when dealing with clients experiencing financial stress.
 Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
 Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data security
 Should be able to speak English, Hindi and Marathi.
