Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce needs.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring requirements and forecast future staffing needs.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  3. Talent Acquisition:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
    • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing candidate expectations.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and unique selling points to potential candidates.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities, industry associations, and recruitment agencies, to expand the talent pipeline.
    • Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events, to raise the company's profile as an employer of choice.
  5. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
