Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Strategy and Planning: 

● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
● Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

● Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
● Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

Employee Relations: 

● Foster a positive work environment and culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
● Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
● Implement programs to enhance employee morale and retention.

Performance Management: 

● Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity.
● Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to employees to enhance their performance.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and manage the appraisal process.

Training and Development: 

● Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. 
● Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

HR Metrics and Reporting: 

● Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
● Prepare and present HR reports to senior management. Team Management:
● Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
● Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS 

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

● Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector.

● Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

● Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
