Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets. Account / GOEM Management (with focus on in-fold customers) - Key End Customer / consultants' Account Plan and Management - relationship with key leaders, communication plan (involving different levels) Increase Share of Wallet with involvement in current ongoing + upcoming projects - Forecast (including historical data management), stock / inventory inputs - End Customer Technical Data and support (customer visits, tender data, - communication management) - Order loss and win analysis - driving product / market actions - GOEM Sales and Market training (recurring sales training to GOEM sales team with a motto to strengthen Perkins brand - Key project support (on case to case basis work with GOEMs and Perkins on it for winning a project) - commercial support Marketing to increase the Penetration and Win Ratio with GOEMs - Competitive landscape - product value proposition comparison with competitor's offering and new launches (SWOT) - Market size validation with 3rd party and VOC data - Intelligence on EP Pricing data - Event / Exhibitions / Collaterals / Technical Seminars / PSU seminars - Distributor led advertisement in Industry related publications - Reference site / case study generation with GOEMs - Work with GOEM to increase the available market and participation through PSU approvals and visits to facilities - Mapping the market and product for the future emissions requirement to give appropriate feedback to Perkins and product team Business Development with focus on out-of-fold or new customers - Working with Perkins AM and Technical Sales on key focus area - \Meeting with the key influencers to get Perkins approved for the upcoming projects (e.g.. Airports Authority (AAI),) - Consultant mapping and 'Lunch and Learn' programs to influence out of fold customers / consultants Consultants and Key End Customer Influence to increase available market / participation and win ratio - ISO Standard Data and compliance requirement - Meet End Customer and consultant requirements - Technical Presentation depending on specific project Qualifications  Strong technical support  Electrical and mechanical engineering expertise  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering  Experience in the power industry or related fields is a plus  Ability to work both independently and in a team environment is preferred
