Job Description: As an Associate Category Manager for the Tamil region, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the growth and revenue generation of our eLearning courses tailored for Tamil-speaking learners This position demands a proactive approach to strategy development, product management, market analysis, and partnership management, ensuring our offerings not only meet the educational and cultural needs of the region but also achieve significant market penetration and financial success. Location : Bangalore Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs): Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive strategies for the eLearning courses. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to pinpoint opportunities for growth and improvement. Product Management: Oversee the development and management of eLearning courses and resources. Work in tandem with content developers and educators to guarantee the quality and relevance of materials. Market Analysis: Execute market research to identify target audiences, understanding their needs and preferences. Apply insights to customize products and services, ensuring they meet the diverse requirements of learners. Revenue Generation: Drive initiatives aimed at increasing revenue from the category, closely monitoring and reporting on the profitability and financial performance. Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of eLearning course offerings, analyzing sales, usage, and customer feedback. Employ data analysis to evaluate product success and formulate strategic recommendations for enhancement. PNL Management: Take responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) statements related to the eLearning courses, ensuring effective budget management and financial health of the category. Partnership Management: Build and sustain partnerships with educational institutions and other pertinent entities. Negotiate agreements and collaborations to broaden the reach and accessibility of courses.
