• To co-ordination with Cross functional depts. & management, attend the customer complaint & Root Cause Analysis for the same. Communicate the technical queries from the client.
• To co-ordinate with the Process/Manufacturing & R&D teams to prepare the COA, TDS, MSDS, MOC & other technical data to support marketing concern & customer.
• Identification of shortcomings in existing plant processes along with detailed root cause analysis, solution hypothesis conception, testing and solution finalization. Oversight of Analytical Quality Testing and Reporting including daily testing for raw materials and finished products. Evaluation of non-conformity of a product. Evaluation of raw material quality based on long-term assessment of relationship with finished product quality. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preparation of Quality Plans. To approve specification, test methods and other Quality Control procedures.
• Develop and validate the test methods for new products from R&D by HPLC, GC. Capable of interpreting the structure of the impurities/by products.
• Prepare the annual Quality budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects
• Maintain excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers (equipment’s, accessories). Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels. Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets.

Requirements and Skills

• Good Leadership and Team Spirit Qualities.
• MSc in Analytical Chemistry from a reputed institute in India.
• Proven track record (min 10 years) of leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development.
• Experience in color chemistry - color matching/ formulating colors for liquid solvent dyes. Very good understanding of the Fluorescent dyes and IR dyes. Ensure that the color formulation developed in the laboratory work are reproducible in the plant. Familiar with color industry ASTM testing methods. Technical mindset.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices, including ISO 9001 and Six Sigma (preferable).
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedures.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
