Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive new business development strategy that aligns with the agency's objectives and revenue targets.

  Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential target clients.

 Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads, leveraging your industry network and utilizing various channels such as networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

 Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions that align with our agency's capabilities.

 Pitch and Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to create compelling pitches and proposals that showcase our agency's expertise and effectively address client requirements.

 Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals effectively.

 Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized pipeline of potential business opportunities and track progress through various stages of the sales cycle.

 Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure good service delivery.

 Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, changes, and innovations to continuously refine our business development strategies.

Qualifications: 

 6+ years of progressive experience in business development within a BTL marketing agency or related industry.

  Experience of working in an offline marketing agency and POSM is mandatory.

  Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

  Strong industry network and relationships with potential clients.

 Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

 Skills to individually work and close on the deals

 Willingness to travel as needed.
