Job Description:

1- Social Media Management Post daily on YT, FB, Pinterest, Snapchat,Myntra studio (including weekends) 2- Influencers Management -Update the master database with updated information weekly -Close 3 new influencers weekly- including their commercials, address, contacts, profile links & followers -Coordination with influencers for shoots/logistics/payments -Update the influencer sheets with concepts, payments, pending deliverables 3- Logistics Take end to end ownership of generating codes, coordinate with porter, align timely pickups and Update the sheets. Weekly meetings with CRM/ecommerce team to ensure timely closures. 4- Research -Competition analysis-Weekly research report to have: follower growth, no of posts done, what is Working for them, influencers they are working with. To be done for all platforms -Research new strategies for all platforms as and when required. -Research and come up with new trends, music, reel concepts as and when required. 5- Shoots -Office reels: Assist in closing new concepts, scripting, and shoot with the creative team. Minimum 1 shoot every week -Visit Libas store to shoot with influencer, customers whenever required. 6- CRM Keep a check on all collab emails, share relevant emails with internal team 7- Reviews & amp; reporting -Assist in making moodboards, compiling PPTs, excel sheets whenever required -Assist in preparing weekly reports for page performance for all platforms 8- Seasonal activities Plan and execute seasonal activities like PR gifting, events-store/office etc 9- Payments & invoicing Maintain and update all payments sheets and get timely payments done for agencies/influencers. Align vendor onboarding/maintain documentations with agencies 10- Agency management -Coordinate with agencies for campaigns and align timely closures.
