Job Description Role Executive – IT Department IT Job Code - Role type Individual Contributor Location Elior Office Gurgaon Supervisor Sr. Manager – IT Reportees (Direct/Indirect) - Primary Roles and Responsibilities Purpose of the Job Role The overall purpose is to manage both IT infrastructure, IT administration and supporting end users. Primary Responsibilities  Responsible for IT assets and Inventory management.  Responsible for managing Hardware, Networking and Server without/minimal disruption to business.  supporting end user both inhouse and onsite employees working in client premises, Escalation management.  Co-ordinating with IT vendors for quick resolution and reducing down time.  Working with management for various reporting/requirements.  Exposure to supporting ERP and mobile application is preferred. Secondary Responsibilities  Managing any IT business projects and partnering for process optimisation. Qualification Criteria Minimum Educational Qualification Graduation/ Diploma in IT Hardware & Networking / BE/BTech. Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and IT admin with ERP Exposure. Required Skills Fluency in English, high on interpersonal skills, should be good with problem solving.
