JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. System Design and Planning
- Load Calculations: Perform heating and cooling load calculations to determine the capacity requirements for HVAC systems.
- System Selection: Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components based on project specifications and requirements.
- Energy Efficiency: Design systems that optimize energy efficiency and comply with relevant energy codes and standards.
2. Technical Analysis and Documentation
- Technical Specifications: Develop detailed technical specifications for HVAC systems, including equipment, materials, and installation methods.
- Blueprints and Schematics: Create detailed HVAC system blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings using CAD software.
- Project Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including design reports, submittals, and operation manuals.
3. Compliance and Standards
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO).
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that designs meet required performance and safety standards.
4. Project Management
- Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into the overall building design.

5. Installation and Commissioning Support
