Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and and driving growth in our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up dated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operation steams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management



Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years

Education: Bachelors degree

 

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

CTC - Upto 6 LPA + Incentives
