Job Brief: We are looking for young, dynamic and self-driven candidates to join our Sales team! As a Sales Associate, the main objective would be generating calls to potential customers and clients in order to help achievesalestargetsandbookings.Alongwithcold-calling,thecandidatewillalsobeinvolvedintheoverall organizational aspects.
Responsibilities
 The candidate's main role is calling potential customers in order to convert them to final customers.
 The candidate will be working along with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
 To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirements
 The candidate should have adequate knowledge about the product and services offered by Settl. in order to convert potential customers
 Will be given hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reporting
 To be able to self-generate leads and convert them to final customers.
 The candidate must be able to maintain and develop customer-relationship to encourage future growth
 Should be a good listener as well in order to be able to understand customer needs and requirements
 Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours
 Should meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to call volume and sales
Skills Required
 AnyGraduatewith1-3yearsofexperienceinSales.
 Excellent communication skills and understand the customer requirements
 Experienced candidates required.
