Job Description:

Providing support for all hardware and software issues and queries raised by customers and internal team members
 Lead all technical queries and issues regarding platform (Storehippo), plugins, mail chimp, and other tech products
 Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
 Lead the roll-out of new applications
 Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
 Priorities and manage several open issues at one time
 Prepare accurate and timely reports on platform and share with insights with team members and management
 Conduct regular checks and audits of platforms and digital properties
 Explore new applications available in the market as per business requirements and handle the implementation
