    • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
    • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Product Promotion:

    • Product Education: Educate customers about the benefits of Shopkirana's product range and services.
