Role Overview: As a Collection Manager at Muthoot Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers. You will lead a team of collection agents, strategize to optimize collection processes, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results. 2. Collections Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies for debt recovery, including segmentation of delinquent accounts, setting achievable targets, and monitoring performance. 3. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to negotiate repayment plans, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner. 4. Risk Management: Analyze delinquency trends, assess credit risk, and take appropriate actions to minimize losses while preserving customer relationships. 5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in debt collection practices. 6. Reporting: Generate accurate reports on collection activities, delinquency rates, and recovery efforts, and provide regular updates to senior management. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.  Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection, preferably in the financial services industry.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.  Proficiency in MS Office applications.  Integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
