Summary*

 

 A venture of Iradium Automobiles Private Limited is looking for candidates for Accounts

Management. We are an automobile parts and services e-commerce company offering best and highest

variety of automobiles spare parts in the market. The incumbent should have strong knowledge in

accounting practices with an initiative geared performance towards operational excellence.

Hands on work experience in Zoho Books, Tally ERP 9, Statutory Compliances, General Accounting, Zoho

Software, GST payment & returns and Taxation.

 

Job Description:

 

 Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payables, Cost

Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

 Candidate is required to have thorough knowledge of Companies’ Act, in depth understanding of

Indian Accounting Standards, Auditing, Finalization of Accounts, Balance Sheet and P&L

Accounting.

 Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling

transactions; resolving discrepancies.

 Maintains general ledger of subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

 Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss,

and other statements.

 Do the requisite financial analysis of the company by providing and interpreting financial

information.

 Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment

requirements by producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.

 Maintain and develop external relationships with appropriate parties, e.g. auditors, solicitors,

bankers and statutory organizations.

 Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations & legislation.

 Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying

observations and recommendations to operational issues

 Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting

regulations; legal compliances and recommending new procedures.

 Efficiently processing the salaries of the employees, payments of the third party / vendor bills

and other payments.

 Bank reconciliation and timely depositing the service tax, managing the TDS, ESIC, PF and VAT

deposits and GSTR verification and filing of returns.

 Petty cash management.

 

Candidate Profile

 

 Candidate should have at least 5 years of accounting experience.

 Must be B.Com Graduate/ M.Com.MBA (Finance) would be an advantage.

 CA Applicants / CA candidates can also apply with relevant experience

 Self-motivated, Task Oriented, Capable of handling multi task and can handle work under

pressure.

 Maintain a documented system of financial accounting policies and procedures.

 Team management skills
