Role Objective

• Mange a team of approximately 15 - 20 CREs
• Ensures 100% CREs exceed their overall KPIs (sales targets, customer satisfaction and experience, quality and productivity standards)
• Provides consistent, balanced and timely performance
• feedback on CSEs performance
• Coach, develop and engage the CRE's to increase their abilities while enhancing their own careers.

Required Qualification

• Experience Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate
• 4 to 7 yrs. of relevant experience
• BFSI industry (preferred)
• Call-center experience in GI industry will be an added advantage
