Job Description:

To manage Asset tracker, asset audit & documentation, invoice submission for payment process,
asset policy rolls out, asset procurement coordination etc.
 Responsible for the IT & Non-IT Asset management, Software, Hardware Management & Digital
assets
 Maintain all license detail of Software and Infrastructure Assets
 Coordinate with IT Purchase on procurements
 Coordinate with team on assets inward/outward across various location
 Maintain Asset tracker for subscription payments, digital assets, images, videos etc.
 Create/Publish weekly/Monthly and other reports to the Management team as require
 Technical & Commercial evaluation of various quotes , Preparing comparative & present it to
management
 Coordinate with Finance team on IT assets for Fixed Asset register & other items related to
finance
 Creates asset management policies, procedures and guidelines that can be distributed to the
team
 Understands the importance of a company brand and strive to ensure all assets adhere to strict
branding
 Manage all asset data to the data standards and ensure data systems are up to date
 Ensure the asset register is kept up to date and meets the data standard requirements
 Audit asset data and identify gaps, aiming to have fully complete data sets
 Ability and willingness to embrace new/innovative technology, methods, products and
processes in the pursuit of continuous improvement.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to write reports and prepare
external correspondence.
