This leadership position is responsible for devising Sales and larger business strategy in on-ground channel by leading a team of sales leads, this role will foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of our business initiatives.


This role demands a strategic thinker with an astute understanding of channel dynamics, market trends, consumer behaviour, and a demonstrable track record of orchestrating and delivering highly successful business transformations


Responsibilities:


*Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals

*Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team

*Engage with partners on periodic intervals to understand the operational difficulties in the business, resolve any escalations and build relations at professional and personal level
