Job Title: HR Assistant Manager 

Location: Faridabad 

Experience: 3-5 years

 Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (required) PG in HR or related field (preferred) 

Salary: Upto 35,000 per month 

 Responsibilities : Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Handle employee relations and performance management. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with laws. Coordinate training and development activities. Prepare HR reports and support employee queries. Skills : HR management experience with knowledge of employment laws.
