·   Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a Marine /Shipping industry

·   Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

·   Good PR and organizational skills

·   Performs on-site sales visits and callings

·   Superb leadership ability

·   Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
