Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Business Manager - Gold Loan located in Siliguri. The role involves managing gold loan operations, assessing customer loan requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling loan disbursements and collections. The Assistant Business Manager will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and achieving business targets.

Qualifications
• Experience in managing gold loan operations and handling customer loan requirements
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
