Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
 for all brands within the designated business terms. Your key responsibilities include:
• Setting and monitoring sales targets for Distributors and ISRs (In-Shop Retailers) at a beat level.
• Analyzing actual sales data and making mid-course corrections to reduce variance against expectations.
• Identifying potential towns and appointing distributors in alignment with the business strategy.
• Planning and allocating ISRs based on market potential.
• Formulating and executing the secondary sales plan, considering area, distributor, brand, and SKU wise factors.
• Ensuring optimal stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors.
• Reviewing distributor financial health in terms of pipeline and outstanding payments.
• Enhancing ISR effectiveness through training and coaching.
• Conducting periodic reviews of ISR performance and providing feedback.
• Ensuring high engagement and motivation to retain ISRs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, Pharma, and OTC (Sales) industries.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
• Demonstrates a passion for sales and an ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Skilled in managing distributors effectively, ensuring compliance with processes and deliverables.
