Allocate and supervise promoters for assigned dealer's shops. Manage sale performance (sales out) as target set and merchandising in the responsible area/ accounts. Follow up promoter working schedule, daily operation. Develop personal skill for the promoters: appearance, motivation, image, communication etc.
