Position Overview:

Unimark Group, a leading name in the real estate and construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in MEP engineering, demonstrating a robust understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design & Planning: Develop and review MEP design specifications, blueprints, and drawings to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into building designs.

 Project Management: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

 Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance on MEP systems, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions to ensure optimal performance.

 Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all MEP work complies with local, state, and national codes and standards. Conduct inspections and audits to maintain quality and adherence to specifications.

 Coordination: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate MEP activities and resolve any conflicts that arise during the construction process.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all MEP activities, including design changes, inspections, and maintenance reports.
