Job Description - Exp. in preparing, AWB, HAWB, Handover set, customer coordination. The Air Export Operation Executive plays a critical role in the freight forwarding industry, overseeing the air export process from start to finish. This includes preparing essential documents like Airway Bills (AWB), House Airway Bills (HAWB), and handover sets. The position requires strong customer coordination and communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate shipment processing.

 Key Responsibilities 1. Documentation Preparation: 

o Prepare and process Airway Bills (AWB) and House Airway Bills (HAWB) for air export shipments. o Compile and complete handover sets, ensuring all required documents are accurate and meet regulatory requirements.

 o Ensure all export documentation is complete and compliant with international trade regulations and customs requirements. 

2. Customer Coordination: o Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing updates on shipment status and resolving any inquiries or issues.

 o Liaise with customers to gather shipment details, instructions, and any special requirements.

 o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and timely communication. 

3. Shipment Management: o Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and other logistics providers to arrange for the transportation of goods.

 o Schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient movement of cargo. 

o Track and monitor shipments throughout the export process, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams.
