Sales Manager (Diamond Jewellery Industry)

 Responsibilities: ∙Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

 ∙Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, independent jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and Chain stores. 

∙Build and maintain a strong B2B sales order pipeline, focusing on long-term relationships with jewellery retailers. ∙Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B customers to drive revenue growth.

 ∙Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and share details to product development team.

 Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

∙Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in the gem and jewellery B2B business.

 ∙Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and efficient operations management. 

Skills: ∙B2B sales and marketing expertise. 

∙Strong negotiation and communication skills. ∙Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends. 

∙Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

∙Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
