   Roles And Responsibilities

    1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales
  • targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within
  • the luxury automobile segment.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the
  • competitive landscape.

2. Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high
  • performance and motivation.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the team’s
  • skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous
  • improvement.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and
  • corporate clients.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales
  • process.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and
  • promptness.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to
  • senior management.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to
  • meet goals.
