Job Description Human Resources Associate Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role as the Human Resources at Artisan Grown Organics Pvt. Ltd (Zama) located in Govandi, Mumbai. The HR will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, employee policies, and compensation. This role aims to promote corporate values and ensure business success through effective HR management. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:  Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)  Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Leave and Attendance Management:  Monitor and manage employee attendance records and leave applications.  Ensure accurate tracking of leave balances and compliance with company policies.  Address employee inquiries regarding leave and attendance policies. Employee Engagement:  Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.  Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events. Background Verification  Conduct thorough background checks on potential employees, including verification of employment history, education, and references.  Maintain accurate records of background verification processes and outcomes. Qualifications  Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, talent acquisition, recruitment process, employee development and performance management  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.  In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law, Strong understanding of HR policies and practices  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
