HRING FOR PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Location - Pandhurna, M.P.

CTC - Upto 3 LPA

• Procurement of Products or Service: - Procuring products or services & ensuring the supplier comply with legal & company procedure.

• Floating Enquires, Analyzing Quotation & preparing of comparisons: - Coordinate with supplier for getting the pricing, Analysis of the quotes & preparation of products technical & commercial comparisons.

• Shortlisting Supplier/ Vendor: - Shortlisting the supplier/ Vendor as per technical and commercial evaluation.

• Negotiations over Price, Payment terms & Delivery Condition: - Negotiate with supplier/ Vendor for getting best pricing & finalizing Terms & Condition of contracts.

• Drafting Purchase/ service & Work order.

• Managing Procurement Process: - Involve the management of internal processes such as adding new supplier & ensuring there compliance

• Supplier Relationship: - Maintaining good relationship with supplier & services provider

• Planning Operation & Logistics: - Planning of the procuring material as per the requirement as pre decided schedule. Ensuring efficient transportation of goods at site & as per schedule.

• Document Control: - Responsible for maintaining all record related to below mentioned activities

• Document Control: - Responsible for maintaining all record related to below mentioned activities Approval of New Vendor, Approval of QAP.
