Crystal Logistics is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager
(GM) of Accounts to join our dynamic team. As the GM of Accounts, you will play a
crucial role in overseeing and managing our company’s financial operations and
ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounts.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the accounts department, including supervising a team of
accountants and finance professionals.
2. Develop and implement effective accounting strategies, policies, and procedures
to optimize financial performance and maintain compliance with relevant
regulations.
3. Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports, budgets,
and forecasts.
4. Monitor and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic
recommendations to improve profitability and cost-efficiency.
5. Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning, decisionmaking, and budget allocation.
6. Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing
activities, including reconciliation, journal entries, and financial statement
preparation.
7. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits
and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best
practices, and implement them effectively within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is
highly desirable.
Proven experience as a General Manager of Accounts or a similar leadership role within
the finance/accounting department.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide
a team toward achieving goals.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build
relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
