Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our cold room, Reefer container & ISO Tank sales. As the Sales Manager, He will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategies to expand our market presence in the cold room industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development:  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.  Identify target markets, industries, and customer segments for cold room sales.  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Sales Operations:  Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and sales presentations.  Manage and maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.  Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Key Account Management:  Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.  Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:  Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and sales plans in collaboration with the management team.  Monitor sales trends, market conditions, and industry developments to make accurate sales projections.  Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
