HIRING FOR ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

Requirements:

1. Min. 1yr. Ed-tech experience

2. Have sold high ticket size degree programs (3 lacs to 12 lacs)

3. Good communications 4. Understanding of working professionals segment

About the role:

Education counselor is an individual contributor role for guiding and Selling certifications as well as degree programs to working professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and Online Process.
• Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and Degree colleges (high ticket size)
• Generating referrals through the existing admissions.
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Responsible for converting any query into admissions.
• Attending 100-150 calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets.
• Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per there domain.

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.

• Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counseling skills

• Interpersonal Skills

• Active listening
